| 研究テーマと概要 | 【テーマ】 MR装置を用いた血管内の血流動態解析 【概要】 MR撮像法の１つである３次元シネ位相コントラスト法は血管内の血流動態を非侵襲的に把握するために用いられている。血流動態の情報を正確に評価することは、血管系疾患の発生機序の解明や予後予測の観点から重要な役割を担っており、臨床的に新たな価値を見いだすことが出来ると考えられる。本研究では流体ファントムと脈動ポンプを用いた実験系で、この撮像法における血管内の測定精度を明らかにする。 |
