| 研究テーマと概要 | 【テーマ】 腫瘍学、分子生物学 【概要】 ・精巣や癌で高発現し、動原体の蛋白をコードするD40(Knl1/CASC5等)は原発性小頭症の原因遺伝子でもある。この遺伝子を制御することによる難治性疾患の治療法の開発に関する研究。 ・多機能遺伝子LRRFIP1の新しいターゲット遺伝子の同定による新たな機能に解明に関する研究。 |
